Okay, a small victory for us Texans tonight
30 minutes since the polls closed, and there's no projected winner for president. This has got to mean something, doesn't it? Just indulge me, okay...

2. I'll indulge
It is big. It means that even if Texas remains red, it's not as red. It's more...purple. It means progress. Just like VA is still too close to call.

7. It may mean I may have to stop teasing my friend in north Texas
And start forgiving Texas at large.

What it probably means is that once again, a Texan is having trouble with addition. :P

(Don't mind me, I have Okie relatives is all!)

8. I've noticed in my very red part of Texas........
(Tom DeLay used to be my congressman!).......that no one's been firing off their handguns yet, so the Publicans must be a little concerned!
