I just checked SOTS page...currently it's being defeated but that's with very few precincts reported.
1. Shall there be a Constitutional Convention to amend or revise the Constitution of the State? Yea: 2901 Nay: 5357
2. Shall the constitution of the state be amended to permit any person who will have attained the age of eighteen years on or before the day of a regular election to vote in the primary for such regular election? Yea: 4710 Nay: 3277

No on Question 1. (Constitutional Convention) Yes on Question 2. (Primary-voting eligibility for voters who turn 18 before Election Day.)
