At the same time, the conservative intellectuals - at the moment homeless - are trying to figure out how to get their party back from the Frankenstein that Rove unleashed.

As many, I will be watching with great interest these next few years to see how the Republican Party changes. One thing, however, I'm sure of: If the Republicans enshrine Palin as the new face of their party, then they are dead for a generation.
