Exit Polls in Missouri: Obama, big. If true, Obama wins
KC Star:

The latest CNN exit polls from Missouri show Obama winning among 52 percent - 47 percent among men and 54 percent- 45 percent among women.

If these numbers are correct, and Missouri has broken for Obama, it's over. But the numbers are not enough for anyone to call the state.

TOP ISSUE: THE ECONOMY

Missouri voters overwhelmingly said the economy was the most important issue facing the country. About three-fifths of voters cited the economy. The other categories — energy policy, the war in Iraq, health care and terrorism — were all far behind.

1. It's already over
It would just be nice to have a large mandate.
