14. They should be more worried about Rupert having to sell off the network
Because he owns too goddamn much of the media, and the laws that say so need to be either enforced if they still exist, or reinstated if they don't. (And I'm too drunk right now to remember which it is, or look it up.)

24. To be fair to FOX News we should put their minds at rest regarding the fairness doctrine
...as it will no longer apply to them, their corporate and affiliate broadcast licenses will be revoked along with all other rights to represent themselves as news organizations. They will be reclassified as comic strip tabloids. Rupert Murdock should also have all rights revoked to do business of any kind within the U.S. just like Meyer Lansky was :grr::hurts: :nopity:

33. If they cannot stand a differing opinion, find them a new country.
I think every ad should have the opposing side paid for with the ad. If ones point is not salable enough to withstand this, maybe the point needs a rework, not the ad.

36. As a former broadcaster...
I fucking hope so.

I also hope they tighten the ownership rules as well. One company owning and controlling the programming of 1,100 radio stations, in 300 cities in all 50 states simultaneously is insane.
