Beautiful concession speech by John McCain.

I thought he was very gracious, and I no longer begrudge him winning his home state of Arizona. I hope that he will actually try to be a force for reconciliation in the Senate, now that he knows his presidential aspirations are all over.

It was a classic, canned concession that he basically just phoned in. He only did it because he had to.

23. it was a good speech, if he really is a 'leader'- his followers will

have to do some adjusting of their attitudes. And his frustration with their "boo"s seemed genuine, his response to them wasn't slow in coming either, for a change. He did a much better job of conceding than I'd expected him to.


This contest cost him so much more than $.


I'm so grateful to have President Obama leading us forward.
