I have a reservation at the Four Seasons and put a request with the concierge to locate a pair for us. You could get standing area tickets for several hundred and VIP seating for several thousand. I'm not aware of a cheaper option.
Some hotels like the Four Seasons and the Mandarin Oriental will have packages however they will be pricey, starting at about $20,000 up to $200,000+, and will usually come with tickets to the inauguration and an inaugural ball.

10. Ooooh, ok, that's a little out of my price range.... |

I used to live in the DC area, so we're looking at VA or MD hotels instead - the public transportation is awesome and cabs aren't that expensive there. I used to live in VA 10 minutes outside of DC - it's almost easier sometimes to get around from outside the city, if that makes any sense.
