Can someone explain why MSNBC says 4 Senate seats are still undecided?
I have 3: Minnesota, Oregon and Alaska.

Chambliss is under/near 50%. If he doesn't get it theres a runoff in December

If Chambliss falls below 50% it goes to a runoff.
