5. He's winning right now but it may very likely change
They haven't called Georgia yet because apparently there are several hundred thousand early ballots that haven't been tallied. In GA if neither of the Senate candidates gets 50% they have to have a run-off in December.

9. In Georgia, a Senate seat must
be won with OVER 50% of the popular vote. If a candidate does not receive over 50% a run off is scheduled.
It appears they are headed for a run off. As of 4:53 a.m. EST, Chambliss 50%-Martin 46%.
