So happy for my country...so disappointed in my state... |
|
I'm profoundly happy for our nation. We have enabled ourselves to rise up to level of our best selves once again. Hope is real. Hope has been realized. I can't help but be disappointed in the state of Missouri. For our results to even be so close is a testament that narrow-mindedness still runs rampant in so many parts of this area. But I breathe a huge sigh of relief for the promise of what is yet to come!!!!

3. Texas is backwards-thinking as well. |

I'm really bothered by the inclination here to vote on emotionally based on "this candidate looks more like me" versus who listening for who has the best ideas. There are so many people who vote against their best interests.

thrown at the voters it is a wonder anyone could see the truth. Don't feel bad. Millions of misled voters went for McCain. Turn on C-Span right now, you should hear them. They are misguided.
