15. Right. They both stressed voting for change
Barkley sounded like a second Democrat to me.

5. Does he need a 50% plus 1 to win? Will there be a runoff? The Independent
candidate got 15%. I would think they'd have a runoff.

7. Provisional Ballots
Provisional ballots are not counted yet correct? If they are confirmed wouldn't it be a safe assumption that a large number of them might be Dem ballots. I read somewhere (sorry I read a lot yesterday) that the challenges were like 70% Dem / 30% Rep nationally.

I wanted that snide, sneaky, sniveling, conniving little weasel gone.

Please MN DUers find what it takes to get his sorry ass booted like Ted Stevens. Find his illegal dealings and oust him that way if needed.

18. AP Withdraws call for Coleman - now too close to call
AP has just withdrawn its call of the race for Coleman according to Fox. Its now too close to call with AP and no other networks have called it.

There will now be a mandatory recount - probably by hand - in around two weeks. Its only 700 votes out of 2.9m so the gap could be closed.

22. Likely to be a hand recount county by county?
And apparently it may be a hand count by county - which throws up lots of opportunity for changes in the figures.
