We're about to go to the next level globally and it's a wonderful thing. Barack in just being who he is changes the equation exponentially, the worlds perspective will reach that higher level of thought and understanding. They can claim that he isn't their president but that's just petulance, which this choice is also the answer to, the historical fact is Barack Obama is 44th president of all Americans time for them to embrace that with immense pride which is shared across the globe today. Former friends of America are ready to embrace the country again, no longer wary to see it as a threat to every other nation.
