We've helped topple one barrier in electing Barack and now we work to topple others

that stand in the way of gays and lesbians.

in every movement for Civil Rights, there are steps forward and steps back, but if the journey continues, the destination will be reached.

THIS will change just as we've seen other remarkable changes in our lifetimes. Younger voters support full equality for gays and lesbians as they do for all groups. Referenda that now barely pass to take away rights will soon give way to others in the future that will grant them. This will happen.

And Barack Obama will appoint judges that will look at the Equal Protection Clause in the constitution and say that it applies to gender as well and eventually, marriage will not be able to be denied on the basis of gender.

It will happen.

3. Absolutely
Even four years ago, I think the idea of a black President would have seen..well unlikely at best.
Gays and lesbians have come a long way in the past 20 years.
