How is Norm Coleman allowed to declare victory
when the election isn't over legally? He is on the TV declaring victory and say that it is up to Al whether or not to pursue a recount. IT'S MANDATED BY FUCKING LAW Norm you lying scumbag. I cannot tell you what a sleazebag this man is.

Since neither Franken nor Coleman got more than 50% of the vote, will there be a runoff for the Minnesota Senate seat?
