If you don't know Bill Sali, the man is stark raving mad. For example, he wanted "to impose a religious test for elected officials."

Also
Speaking with the Idaho Press-Tribune, Sali explained his view that multiculturalism is in conflict with the national motto "E Pluribus Unum," or "out of many, one." Sali said multiculturalism would mean "out of the many, the many." "The question is, is multiculturalism good or not?" Sali said. "I don’t think the Founding Fathers were multicultural. Multiculturalism is the antithesis of (the motto)." In regard to the view that the nation was founded on Christian principles, Sali said, "If we’re going to move away from those principles ... we better consider the blessings of God that have been bestowed on this country and the protective hand of God that’s been over this country."

This man voting record and actions are so far right, I think he will even be futher right than Cheney, if you can believe that. I'm glad Idahoans finally, finally decided to kick this man out.

1. Yes very happy
with that one. I'm from boise idaho and glad there was some breakthrough of the republican stranglehold here. It is so easy to get elected in Idaho as long as you have an R by your name and you will do what the big industry wants you to do your in there.

3. I hope I'm not jumping the gun, since I do not know the pop amt of those 7 districts remaining.

Still 3,700 lead in a small pop state is "probably" to much to overcome.

4. This seat is a goner in 2 years
I hope I am wrong but it only went dem this time because even Sali is too crazy for Idaho. In 2 years a sane republican will take it back with more thn 60% of the vote...
