Texas +2 Florida +2 Georgia +1 Louisiana -1 or 2 Mississippi -1

+3 for TX
Offset by -1 for IA LA MA MO NY OH PA RI
The net effect on an electoral map identical to 2008 would be +4 to the Republicans -4 from Democrats. TX is a huge prize in 2012
