Im going to take a shot at it..its just a guess.

Texas +2
Florida +2
Georgia +1
Louisiana -1 or 2
Mississippi -1

5. Based on the July 2007 Census it would be
+1 for
AZ
FL
GA
NV
UT

+3 for TX

Offset by
-1 for
IA
LA
MA
MO
NY
OH
PA
RI

The net effect on an electoral map identical to 2008 would be +4 to the Republicans -4 from Democrats. TX is a huge prize in 2012
