5. My sister-in-law sent it to me this morning

I can't slow down the tears, either. Coming from an old white guy, it may be a little hard to fathom. But I am old enough to remember the hoses and the dogs, and I remember Dr. King's marches. But I especially remember his murder and the murder of Bobby Kennedy, when I feared that this country would be held captive by the forces of hate forever.

That wall has been breached, and I love my country today more than ever before.
