for every vile commercial that carried that SL and every word that came out of Sarah Palin's mouth.

As a Mccain constituent for 25 gawdawful years, I will not forget and I sure as hell won't forgive. I can be gracious in victory, but I can't fogive the thinly veiled and WAY-too-often blatant racism, the attacks on Obama's love for his nation, and the fear-mongering he CHOSE to let his campaign use.

He did not run a good campaign (he never really has but few outside of AZ would know that) and he's abandoned all of his principles. I'm truly sorry he allowed himself to lose any grit or principle he once had but I'm not sorry it led to his loss.

And I'm goddamn grateful to see his political career end.

I had to get that off my chest. Thank goodness for DU.
