Troubling speculation that Obama is considering Lawrence Summers for Treasury

Summers is a snake-oil salesman who worked with Alan Greenspan and Robert Rubin to stifle any and all sane attempts to regulate the securities and derivatives markets during the Clinton administration. And we all know what deregulation of the financial sector has gotten us.

Summers was also a grand architect for today's Made-in-China/Walmart/plastic crap U.S. "economy". He is the ultimate pro-Wall Street, pro-cheap labor, anti-average-working-person operative.
