It just occured to me; how does President Obama open his State of the Union address?

It just occured to me; how does President Obama open his State of the Union address?
Traditionally, the President starts off the SOTU address by saying, basically, "the State of the Union is (insert positive adjective here)". Things are pretty fucked up now - how can he say anything positive without lying?

Then list all the bad things and offer Democratic solutions. Easy enough.
