I'd guess there's no reply button because it says at the top of the page "This topic is archived." You can't reply to archived threads.

However, since the thread is only from yesterday, it's somewhat mysterious that it's archived already. Are we running through threads so fast that we filled up 20 pages of threads in less than 24 hours? Wow! Especially since probably at last half of those threads are repeats, vanity, bullshit, or "Wow, look at this".
