Kick if you're looking forward to seeing Palin donate her wardrobe to charity!
Cause that's what they said was the plan all along, right? And she won't be needing those suits any more...

The schadenfreude with that woman never ends,

1. She is supposed to pay taxes on those "gifts" whenever she donates them or not.
And what about Alaskan "ethics?" Are elected officials allowed to accept any amount of gifts?

2. That was a silly thing for the staff to say. What would a homeless person do ...
What would a homeless woman do with a Neiman's silk suit?

It was ridiculous. It was a staffer, though, not Palin, who said that.

11. I'm pretty sure it was a staffer who put forward the response line first. Palin repeated it, as
she was no doubt told to do.

It wouldn't be her decision to give it to charity, anyway. They weren't her clothes. The GOP had bought them.

8. Wouldn't it be smarter to auction them off for charity
Edited on Wed Nov-05-08 10:07 PM by gravity
I don't see the point in giving a $5000 outfit to goodwill

10. They could have a celebrity benefit where
all the suits are sold to rich people who actually like Palin and her dress style and the money goes to charity.
