Poll question: SHOULD DEMOCRATIC UNDERGROUND CHANGE ITS NAME?
You know, now that we're not exactly underground anymore, what with us controlling all three branches of government and a majority of governorships.

2. No. I think we should STAY DU and stay true to our roots.
Let's not make the same mistake the Repukes made.

... changing their name to Free Republic when it should have stayed...

Limbaugh sniffing, Knuckle-dragging, 12-sandwich eating, Insignificant Shitbags?

Most Supreme Court Justices are Repuke appointees. FDR had this problem early in his administration.

11. It's up to Skinner to keep DU open after Inauguration Day
certainly the Obama Administration is facing as great a challenge as Roosevelt did during the Great Depression and the rise of Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany. The rightwing still has its powerful megaphones on TV and radio, and their message must be countered. This is not the time to tear down the tents and go home.

16. No. "Underground" sounds like a cool, non-mainstream rock band.
And it scares off the centrists.
