OMG!!! Sarah Palin didn't know that Africa was a continent!!!
"Aides in the McCain campaign have spilled the guts on Sarah Palin. According to Fox News, McCain aides said that some of the problems with Palin were:

- She did not understand that Africa was a continent. She in fact asked the aides if South Africa was part of the "country," and not its own country.
- She did not know the countries involved in NAFTA (the United States, Canada and Mexico).
- She could not name all the countries in North America."

1. That explains why McC panicked and cancelled Letterman and tried to
move the debates out, so the Veep debate would be cancelled. So that's why he was freaking out. Wow. She really is dumb as a stump.

I woulda freaked out, too.

11. I still don't know if I believe it
but it is entirely possible. Whatever, she's gone, hopefully to never return.

4. She is a dim bulb....
...the kind that sailed through high school on popularity and bullshit. Word of advice Sarah, looks fade, and the right wing of your vanquished party is notoriously cannibalistic.

13. As concrete stupid as she is, Palin ISN'T
unusual in that she believed that Africa was a country. I wish I had a dime for every time I have had to correct someone and inform them that Africa is A CONTINENT...NOT A COUNTRY!! The largest continent in fact!!

15. I would not put much stock in this
It comes from persons that need to blame someone else for the defeat.

But she certainly has laid the ground for us believing such stories.
