Even as more and more evidence piles up from the McCain camp that Palin was a disaster Mika still pines for her.

33. I can see Mika defending her from the standpoint
that the McCain aides are going to attack her for being a part of McCain's downfall. But Mika needs to "get real" about Palin being ignorant. Mika can't bring herself to admit that Palin doesn't have enough general knowledge about the world, let alone governing, to be in such an important position.

to get some issue to latch on to. Scarbourgh tries to act as if he is so concerned, why in the hell does anyone care if someone hasn't made a decision yet about whether or not to take the job. I was screaming at the tv as they began to show tweety but, I had to leave I could see that tweety didn't like what he was hearing.

Mika is one silly bitch, she and scarb are trying to start this thing about Obama and his cabinet don't want the media to ask questions. I am already sick of this so called media everyday now telling us what Obama needs to do or not do.Where in the hell were these so called media for the past 8 years as I screamed at the television when these people didn't ask bush or his team any questions because they were afraid...Got to hell media! This country needs to be united now more than ever. Right after 9/11 Bush had about a 90% approval rate. Democrats knew they had to support the CIC no matter what political differences we had. Now the tables are turned. Repubs need to get in line.

10. That is a fine line, my friend, which has to be tread most carefully.
I spent the past eight years being called a traitor for questioning the President. I think we need to be REALLY careful about pushing that line of thinking. I didn't like it when it was applied to liberals and I don't think I like it when it is applied to conservatives, either.

12. Matthews wasn't saying don't question, he was saying this issue
Rahm's status, is not important, we should not be sidetracked to talk about little issues with the result of undermining our president. He then went on to talk about the broader picture, who is going to be in the cabinet rather than the details of rolling out those appointments. I had to listen to the whole interchange to understand his important point.

18. Matthews was right on the line and riding it. He basically asked out loud
Who would not want an Obama Administration to succeed - the stammering continued.

My impression was Tweety really was saying if "you" (and I think he was referring to Joe in particular) do not support this Administration (nor a competent journalist), than you are not really a patriotic American. Paraphrasing, "Why wouldn't you want an Obama admin. to succeed?)

He also reminded Scar of what the responsibilities are of a being a real journalist.

Tweety was good and he was deadly serious.

46. The biggest problem for Joe
is that he really isn't a journalist. Matthews is. You can tell the difference in the way they interview people on their shows. Matthews doesn't suffer fools gladly and will skewer anyone from both sides of the political spectrum if he finds them being evasive or just outright stupid (sometimes, as with the case of Michele Bachmann he just shuts up and lets them hang themself :)). Scarborough oth, is still a partisan hack, who has moments where he attempts to be even-handed (and fails more often than not).

17. My wife had Moron Joe on again during breakfast -- ruining my excellent made-from-scratch pancakes
This asshole was complaining about the Emanuel pick yesterday, comparing him with TOM DELAY, of all people, yet today the son-of-a-bitch is whining about disarray in the Obama campaign and "stumbling out of the starting gate" because Rom Emanuel is HONEST enough to vet his feelings about the pressure this job would put on his family.

This is the typical Republican attack strategy that was used against Bill Clinton. The typical Republican attack strategy that the McCain campaign used. People like Moron Joe care NOTHING about the nation. They care NOTHING about seeing this nation rise from the ashes of the Bush years. They care only about tearing down Obama even though it's less than 48 hours since he was declared President-elect and it is months before he will even be sworn in!

I asked my wife why she just doesn't watch FOX. I told her I won't have this idiot talking in the background and ruining my breakfast every morning with his thinly veiled diatribe. She still insists she watches because of the guests but I pointed out that all Moron Joe does is talk over the guests when they're making a point he disagrees with anyway. She's agreed to record the idiot and his slut sidekick Mika an spare me from having to eat breakfast alone in my den.

I can't take any more of this murderer from the Redneck Riviera (HIS words, not mine). I think we should let MSNBC know we're boycotting Moron Joe and get this partisan asshole off the air or on FOX where he belongs.

19. Damn Joe, even Hannity wants Obama to be successful
I actually watched H&C last night just to see what he would say. Hannity said several times that he wanted the Obama Presidency to be successful, it is too important to the country if he doesn't succeed. Of course, then he ruined it by saying "but here is what worries me" and then spouts off the usual BS.

They had Rove on and Rove seemed to be in shock. He expected Obama to win, but I think he really thought it would be close.

27. Obama has a mandate, Joe Scar once thought Shrub did at 2%!
Nope, but Obama does at 7%. Its not even close at that amount. Obama won lots of states, a good anount of electoral votes and an overwhelming popular vote. Not Reagan era landslide but in today's partisan atmosphere, it was big. I do not think opposing views should be stifled or shut up like the Rethugs tried to do with us, we are better then that. However, Joe Scar also does not need to be a total A-hole 24/7 about Obama winning and also needs to realize the American people have spoken and they want a turn to the left away from the right, even if its just a slight turn. Even Rove of all people said the people have made it clear and this is a Democracy.

28. Joe is just looking for anything to gawk at to cover the latest Palin story...

Mika the Dingbat has gone along with Joe's whitewashing of Palin's shortcomings. They were both blaming her handlers exclusively for the prank call that embarrassed her in front of the world.

Sure, the call should never have gotten through and the staffer who failed on that should be fired.

But she sat there and listened to the most ridiculous crap for almost seven minutes without catching on. She was not listening to what he was saying and showed no interest in it -- she was concentrating entirely on her performance, like the faker she is. The most basic level of interest would have prompted her to ask polite questions that would have exposed the ruse without potentially offending an actual head of state who was just drunk or something.

She doesn't listen. She's all about projecting herself and trying not to screw up.

34. I have a slightly different assessment. I just posted this on another thread...

She knows she's ignorant. She's all about faking it.

Everything this woman has done, her diarrhea of the mouth, her eagerness to attack anyone who questions her -- remember when she even attacked people who were just asking her to speak louder at a campaign event? -- these things clearly indicate that she knows she's ignorant.

As to why, if reports are true, she got petulant and refused to let staffers give her remedial geography lessons, I suspect they didn't properly conceal their exasperation or amazement at her lack of basic depth. Because she's always covering up what she doesn't know, she resorted to her standard tactic and went on the offensive against them.

It seems so obvious that this woman has gone through her life faking it. She has the speaking and grammatical ability of a second or third year high school student and the civics and geography ability of a first or second year high school student.

She exhibits many characteristics of a person trying to fake her way through a job interview, or a schoolkid trying to fake her way through a report on a book she hasn't read.

She's neither exceptionally bright nor exceptionally stupid (but she's certainly exceptionally ignorant for the job she was seeking to get). She's clever, but with attention deficit issues and with the domineering, defensive attitude of an insecure person.

Observations of knowledge aren't very subjective. There are objective standards that can be applied to evaluate her capabilities, and to gauge her knowledge better than my guesstimate.

What amazes me is the number of people -- many of them very smart themselves -- who apply these standards to make an impartial assessment of her. Anyone who has ever interacted with a poseur can see those traits in her.

Subject: Wrongo Mika!!! Sarah looks just as bad as her staffers

She knew she was a dunce when she accepted the job. I never do that. When I'm offered a position I look over all of the requirements very carefully and I'm upfront about what I know and what I do not know. It was just as much Sarah's responsibility to exempt herself from a job she was unqualified to do as it was the McCain staff.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/greg-mitchell/when-joe-scarborough-pred_b_141380.html

"Say it ain't so, Joe! Here is one highlight.

SCARBOROUGH: "Even before the final votes were tallied in the 2006 elections, politicians started lining up for the 2008 presidential sweepstakes. Without further ado, let me kill Hamlet in the first act and tell you how your favorite candidate will fare over the next 12 months.

Forget the fact that Hillary Clinton will raise more money than God in 2007. Forget all of that, the Washington press tells us, because Barack Obama is none other than the second coming of JFK.

"Yeah, right. Barack Hussein Obama is more Johnny Bravo than John Kennedy. The vest fits and the fans scream while DC's star-maker machinery shifts into overdrive."

"Like Peter Brady's Bravo, Obama's shot at the top will be short lived. But since BHO is young enough, dynamic enough and (just) black enough to whip official Washington into a frenzy, expect this stupid story to stick around for a while. Soon enough though, this year's model will be shouting, "Please give a warm Chicago welcome to the next President of the United States, Hillary Clinton!'"

44. Mourning Joe aka Moron Joe
and his worthless sidekick Mika Mouse. She is an embarrassment and is probably jeopardizing any chance her father has of a role in Pres. Obama's administration.

55. does anyone notice....
that the Huffington Post media editor HATES Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann? They have this exchange on their media page today, with the implication that Mr Journalist Joe was right, and also have a story on how Keith called out Campbell Brown for her false propaganda, with the headline "IT STARTS" and "KEITH ATTACKS BROWN"...attacks? I think it's because the media editor supported Hillary Clinton.

60. Mika adds nothing to the show except sucking up to Joe.
She's about as useful as an iPod is to a deaf guy.
