Will Norm Coleman Hold Himself To His Own Standard?

Coleman has called upon Franken to concede without a recount. He did so when he was ahead by about 570 votes.

Right now, he's ahead by only 236 votes, and more keep coming in. We haven't even seen a recount yet because they haven't completed the initial count.

So if Franken ends up about 500 votes ahead after the intial count has completed, will Norm Coleman concede?
