SOME PROMINENT DEMS need to speechify about election fraud in GA
and Alaska. Sieze the initiative and let the common folks know that there are many voting irregularities and with all of the questions around voter fraud leading up to the election, they want to make sure everyone's vote counted.

THIS IS BULLSH!T. I want Senator Ted voted out, then in prison, then dead of villainous heart while in his prison cell.

2. No proof of election fraud at this time in GA. Just a problem
with Election Day numbers and early voting numbers, and how they were reported.

4. no. there are oddities in how LOW the total votes are considering.
also, I find it odd they would wait to report early votes. Why was everyone else reporting them normally through the night? Something just doesn't smell right.

8. Jesus You Will Not Give It a Rest Will You?
Don't bother with a response, after way too long you are plonked. There are some serious cracks in your thinking.

3. I think they did this in GA and AK to keep us from getting to 60 and
to keep the meme alive of Obama not having a landslide. I really do hope someone investigates.

5. anything within striking distance of 370 is landslide. so that won't work
for them....But I do think they want to cheat in predominantly Republican controlled states...and that is what they are doing.

I can just see a case where Fuckwit, Palin, gets to insert herself into the outcome of the Ted Stevens thing.

And Saxby Chambliss? I hate him as much as some of the worst of Bush's crime family thanks to that character assassination of an American Vietnam war hero.

6. I hate Saxby Shitless with a passion unparalleled. He must be defeated!!
I just donated to Jim Martin's run-off effort and contacted my entire family down in GA to do the same and VOTE on December 2.

13. Proven that Chambliss/GA stole it the first time in 2002. Maybe again by habit...

10. I'm certain of it.
They wanted to guarantee that Republican seat at all costs. Ted has always won overwhelmingly here in the past, so they didn't think anyone would question the result. But the numbers just don't add up. This was the smallest turnout for a presidential election ever here -- when Sarah Palin was on the ticket and with such enthusiasm for Obama? Not to mention two hotly contested congressional races. It just doesn't add up.

9. Alaska and Georgia always poll too friendly to Democrats
Edited on Fri Nov-07-08 12:02 AM by Awsi Dooger
It's comical that isn't well known. Somehow we thrill to understand that New Jersey polls overstate Republican strength virtually every cycle, while denying there are examples in the other direction.

I've mentioned it on so many sites over the years I couldn't estimate the number. Years ago I emphasized my Partisan Adjustment Number (PAN) theory, amending state polls based on historical error. Georgia was worst in the nation, typically 4.5 points more Democratic than it votes, and Alaska is next at 4.0. But it's like no one else pays enough attention to realize it's an unfortunate truth.

You've gotta realize how hard I'm laughing when 2 states out of 50 are identified for polls not matching results, and it's precisely the two I've always cited. Check the odds on that.

11. The polls were up to 25 points off.
That can't be reconciled with your theory, I'm afraid. And the demographics up here are changing considerably. I've lived here for 33 years, and it's not as Republican as it was 20 years ago.

I personally think there are more Democratic voters here than you give us credit for, and that the Republicans have been messing with our elections for years.

12. STOP THE INSANITY! Please!

Here's a snippet of craziness from another recent thread - from a Freeper who can't come to terms with the fact that Obama won:

"We ALL know that ACORN had a LOT to do with this and like I said, should be held RESPONSIBLE. Ohio's Secretary of State is a DemocRAT, and remember all of the fake voter registrations that were already received. Do you really think that she was going to help the Republican party out by tossing them or after the Supreme Court judgment in which they didn't have to check verification that anything would actually be fair??? HELLO???!!! VOTER FRAUD!!!!!!!!!! I read that many voters voted TWICE; first in their home state and the second time in a battleground state. We ALL know who THEY voted for. Also..."

It's not 2004 anymore, it's 2008. Obama won. Put down the "election reform" crack pipe. I'd have hoped that Obama's victory would help to wean people off their denial -- instead, they're just applying selective denial to the occasional close race this year that the Democrats happened to lose.
