Looks like the 18-29 year olds won this for Obama
When you go to CNN's results map and click on each state, the majority of votes for Obama are from this age group. I thank them all for showing up and voting. We could not have done this without them.

10. I saw that too
Chuck Todd said the only places where young voters put Obama over the top were North Carolina and Indiana, and he would have won without those states...then he went on to talk about how Obama did well across the board with all demographics. Pretty cool.

5. Yes! I need to issue a HUGH APOLOGY to all the youth voters!
I was one of the people who were very very scared that history would repeat itself and all those young voters would just have some excuse on election day and not turn out. I REALLY AM SORRY FOR DOUBTING YOU!!!

Thank you so much for proving me WRONG!

14. Incorrect, what it shows is that 2/3 or younger voters went for
Obama, not that the majority of Obama voters were younger. there's a difference.

32. The youth vote? I like to call them "the Smallville vote"..........
You watch Smallville? Oh come on. Everybody watches http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smallville_(TV_series)> Smallville.

Been watching Superman since I was 8 years old - since he first landed on planet Earth from Krypton which blew up scattering those horrid green rocks all over the galaxy.

Since 1938, generation after generation has been thrilled with the DC Comics superhero. Superman, the man of steel - with few human weaknesses - faster than a speeding bullet, etc.

A number of renditions in movie serials when I was a kid, TV, always in the DC Comics and presently in a well done TV story about Superman's youth on planet Earth called Smallville - in its eighth season.

So, who watches this uh, kid stuff. Well probably kids - kids of all ages. They were kids when they started watching, and now they are all grown up.

And they, like us a long time ago they need their heroes. to lead or inspire them in the uncertainties and challenges of their lives especially their youth and beyond.

Yeah it's all fiction. There are no super heroes - there are just super challenges which we mortals hope and pray will be resolved by our own super heroes - the ones we create and entrust with our lives and our destinies.

Yeah, that Smallville crowd did a good job. They chose their own super hero. But......

Just watch out for meteor showers and keep those nasty green rocks away from him.
