Gotta have a "win" speech and a "lose" speech. I guess she just wasn't familiar with the protocol that only has the top of the ticket give a speech. What is very clear is that there were always two camps on the Republican side and one camp on the Democratic side. Even after Biden's "Obama will be tested" so-called gaffe, we never heard about the Biden camp vs. the Obama camp.
