freepers are living in an alternate world: They still think Palin was a good choice |
|
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2127717/postsJust about every republican pundit has commented on what a disaster she was but freepers continue to live in their bizarro world. It must suck to be that stupid.

2. Rush is still behind her 100 percent ... |
|
Hannity, too ... Most of the propogandists are behind her ...
It is part of their pathology, I just don't get it. It just seems that the bigger moron their chosen hero is, the more concrete facts arise that support the fact that person is a moron, the more they dig in and stubbornly ignor reality and find fanatical rationales for why that person is in fact their hero and savior - as a side note, while sacrastically sniping at BO for being such to the loony left.
The more competent and decent someone is, the more they ridicule them (see Al Gore, John Kerry, Howard Dean), the bigger the dingbat someone is, the more they worship them ...

4. These Republicans seem to be intent on shrinking their party |
|
They love to throw around the term RINO, Republican In Name Only. It implies there are lots of people who want to call themselves Republican, but aren't Republican enough, and are therefore unwelcome by "true" party members. That is a formula for making their party smaller, and less significant. To build a party up, you have to find a way to unite more constituencies, to build bigger coalitions.
To many of these freepers, John McCain isn't welcome. They want schism in their party. They seem to relish the infighting.
Which just means the 2010 and 2012 elections will go even better for Barackocrats.

5. And so they will until their programmers decide otherwise. |
|
I'll tell you right now, if I had fifty bucks lying around I'd buy the draftpalin2012 web site and spend the next four years playing cult leader to those fools.
One thing the past eight years has proven is that stupidity inhibits evil plans at least as much as honesty and truth. It's why we still have a country. We need Palin to be the front-runner in 2012 because if they steal it again, we need someone dumb as a fence post getting in the way of the actual GOP plans.
