Obama Economic Summit: public, private, televised, etc?

I know that Obama is holding a news conference this afternoon, but I'm having trouble finding out if the summit itself will be public and/or televised.

Anyone know?

Give or take. Bloomberg radio is just saying, "Sometime between two and three."

So that would be 11:30 on the West Coast, etc...
