Doocy claims Fox was most balanced during election
Edited on Fri Nov-07-08 09:43 AM by kingofalldems
No link, but was watching this morning when he claimed "study shows Fox most balanced" towards candidates. He also claimed MSNBC was totally in the tank for Obama. What study was that? Anyone?

3. I'm not sure but I do remember hearing about a study like that on
the Counter Spin podcast. I think it looked at how many times each candidate got a mention. What it failed to look at was whether or not the mention was positive or negative which is kind of important. I don't know if Doocy's claim is a reference to this particular study or not.

7. Balance is mentioning each guy equally. For example
Obama and Wright.
Obama and Ayers.
Obama is a terrorist.
Obama has no experience!

and now four for McCain:
McCain is a maverick
McCain reaches across the aisle.
McCain is a POW and knows war and victory
McCain has experience!

See 4 to 4 - fair and balanced!

8. my favorite is the negative ad counts
"McCain's health care is a bad plan" = 1 negative attack.

"Obama's an anti-American terrorist" = 1 negative attack.

See? Balanced.

9. Doocy is truly delusional.
He or anyone else at Faux news would know the meaning of fair and balanced if it hit them in the face.
