Its the difference between Vice President Elect Biden and Cheney. Biden looks like the groom at a bachelor party - he is having way too much fun. See him at the photo ops shots that they were taking during the economic briefing. He is grinning and and completely relaxed.

I think Joe Biden is going to be a riot as Vice President.

He'll be serious as hell, but he'll also let 'his hair down' as well. Im well prepared, have already warned people I know..."Joe's gonna blow at some point", but in the end his heart is right where it needs to be. He's replacing a vampire so he is a breath of fresh air.
