Why is Matthews spending so much time talking about Palin? |
|

the republicans have no interest in making her the leader of the party, and everyone else likes the entertainment value.

10. Maybe he ws told to spend as much time discussing Repugs as Dems?? |
|
He tends to like to attack people.
Back in the spring, when he was ga-ga over Edwards, he spent an equal amount of time attacking Hillary Clinton. I didn't understand why he didn't spend tht time just buikding up Edwards...

18. Because she is an new and interesting political character who played a major role in a campaign |
|
that JUST ended? Could that be the reason? And that some of the more fascinating parts of the backstory are just being revealed? And that she offers a lot of potential insight into what people saw in her and why they voted for her? And that perhaps the illusion of the candidate and the reality conflicted?
That perhaps people with an attention span greater than that of a fruitfly might still have an interest in the lessons that can be gleaned from her candidacy? Could any one of those be a reason that she is STILL being discussed?
