saw the commerical watching Hardball. Thought it was spoof.

5. I thought about it, too...
but I believe this is the same company that was selling 9/11 coins. I thought that was pretty tacky so I decided against the Obama coins.

14. QVC was selling them immediately after the election was called.
It was a gold-plated uncirculated Kennedy half-dollar (struck by the US Mint), with the image of Obama on the front and the "Change we need" slogan and logo on the back. Price was something like $17. Not the same as the $9.95 ones, but similar.

15. Ok I just saw the ad again.
Are these just cheap slugs with an Obama sticker on them? That's exactly what they look like.
