Palin represents what I loathe about the current Republican Party

Some of you can articulate this much better than I can. But I just cannot get away from thinking in how many ways Palin represents all that I feel is wrong with the Republicans at this point in time.

She is glitz without substantive stuff.
She is a total hypocrite. (In more ways than I have time to innumerate.)
She may not be innately stupid, but she sure isn't brilliant. ( I firmly believe that we need smart people as our presidents and VPs.)
Her political hero must certainly be Karl Rove.

I use to love Alaska. Right now, I don't intend to visit there for a while.
(And I will NEVER drink a Diet Dr. Pepper again.)

I have political differences with the right wing free market anti-labor crowd. I don't care at all about their personal qualities.

If they were smart and fashionable and stylish and well-spoken, that would be worse, not better.

She knows what she knows and doesn't feel a need to learn anything else. Operating as an instrument of God, her decisions are guided by him.
