What poll was the most accurate?
I know Rasmussen got it right nationally (52-46), but what about the state polls?

1. PEC, EV, 538
I think Princeton Election Commission was the closest and best - and also the best methodology using meta-analysis. The others were pretty good, too.

4. Maria Sklodowska was very accurate. Fatally so, as it turned out.

6. According to Rachel Maddow, who showed the numbers,
fivethirtyeight was within .1 of the presidential numbers and PEW was right behind him.

7. Pew nationally 52-46

PPP poll was accurate in Florida 50-48, Virginia 52-46, North Carolina 50-49, Ohio 50-48, and Indiana 49-48

The PPP polls were not dead on but they missed a point on each all with Obama winning the final poll.

Pennsylvania: no one was close to the 55-44 margin

The king is fivethirtyeight.com
