email your senator or representative as they are the only ones who distribute tickets to the swearing in and parade,if your lucky to get awarded tickets, you have to pick them up in person at their office in washington dc, but you can alway attend without tickets you will just be much farther away.

Both my Senators, Burr and Dole (thank Goddess she lost) and my Congresswoman, Myrick know me by name and dislike me very much because of the hell I raise at them. Hopefully this will be handled by a staff person, lol.
