OK, the 'dress' would look good if it were at the bottom of an aquarium, |
|
but enough already...
We can all be pretty catty...I could say for example that numerically, Princeton Undergrad, Harvard Law School Michelle's I.Q. equals moran Candy Crowley's weight, but I won't.
We're going to rise above all this and be better people...after January 20th...until then, anything goes.

1. Personally I didn't like the dress either |
|
But lets face it Michelle looks far more like a First Lady than Cindy McCain who all ways looked kind of tawdry to me
Tawdry do not think I have ever used that word before.

3. Me either. It was shockingly ugly. Michelle will be a great First Lady, and I don't want her |
|
giving the same ammunition we had against Laura. Man, we had some laughs, though.

8. It was just some laughs. She's so beautiful and outstanding |
|
that one bad dress doesn't mean anything to me. She looked amazing in the casual outfit they photographed her in the other day.
Michelle Obama rocks - I hope people don't take the fact that we can have a brief laugh over a questionable fashion choice as anything other than a tiny pothole- so microscopic as to not register in a topography - in our enormous admiration for this kick ass First Lady.

9. What always disturbed me about Cindy McCain... |
|
her "Stepford Wives" smile.
All the time.
Fake looking.
She's always reminded me of the nasty girls in school who "smiled" at those of us who weren't deemed "worthy". You know? That fake-ass "I'm better than you are, bitch" smile.
bleh
plus she looks like a ferret/weasel
just sort of rodent-y

They are raised to appear to be perfect women behind fake smiles. Show no emotion.

6. If you look at it in close up pictures (like the behind the scenes ones) |
|
It looks fine. It just didn't do well against the black stage and lights. No one could have predicted that.
It wasn't a safe choice, but that's what fashion (and art) is about sometimes. Making you talke m aking you take notice, debate.
I think the dress has served it's purpose.
Now, can we move on to what Michelle's issues will be when in the WH? That should be interesting.

7. I am glad that you did not lower yourself with a catty comment about Crowley's weight |
|
but wouldn't it be closer that her IQ equals half her weight?
