This cartoonist (Britt, it looks like) assuredly has many skills. Drawing a comprehensible world map is not one of them.

9. The first one I didn't like.... the White Only... Competance Only....

I'm white. I voted for Obama because he was and is the most competent man to lead our nation. I also think plenty of very competent white men have lived there too.

11. That's not what I took from the cartoon.

The presidency has been reserved for whites since it began. The promise of an Obama Administration is that competence will be the only criterion.

I don't think this cartoon even hints that whites aren't competent.
