If you came in lame in 2000, what kind of crippled duck are you in the last two months?

A double amputee quacker? I do not relish Obama having to wait until the transition in January to get it on while Bush slow rolls his way into the history books. Maybe we need a faster transition for future incoming victors - especially when the lame duck has no legs.

2. Bush can still do a lot of damage

And it looks like he is planning on doing just that! There are a number of things he is doing that include deregulating things for some of his buddies, in big business. There have been posts here on all the thing he is planning, and it doesn't look good. He is still going to do all he can for his richest supporters before he leaves, and the people will still suffer for what he does. From what I hear it could take years to undo the things he is planning in his final months in office.
