There was a brief news story this morning showing Sarah Palin talking about the clothes again. "The RNC forced me to buy them bla bla bla."

My 90-year-old mother was watching and said, "Who is she?"

I laughed and said, "It's Sarah Palin. Remember? The election last week? She was runnning for Vice President."

She said, "What is she running for now, the border?"

10. You're welcome. About two weeks after the Republican convention,

my Mom saw Palin with McCain on TV and asked me, and the conversation was (although I can't remember the words exactly):

She: Is that his wife?
Me: No that's his running mate.
She: Is she his bed mate also?
Me: (laughs) No, I don't think so. They're both married.
She: Well how did she get to be his running mate?
Me: He picked her. I don't know. He chose her.
She: Well how can he, when she's so nutty and evil?
