K & R-Thank's John McCain and Sarah Palin for America 1st

Imagine this scenario.

McCain offers VP to Palin
Palin respectfully declines because "I have a new baby and much more work to do in Alaska"
Palin speaks at the convention on McCain's behalf
The Country, much of which has never heard of her says wow who was that?
(remember much of the country was fooled and she put McCain in the lead.)
She does the Oprah circuit with softball fluffy interviews (not being vetted)
Much of America loves her
Ted resigns and she takes his seat
Learns basic geography and a little about the constitution through osmosis in the Senate;
Runs in 2012 or 2016

Then, much of her stupidity would be buried forever because the questions would be about issues she is familiar with. She would be hard to beat at that point, if we did not have 2008 as a point of reference for her actual intelligence, curiosity and knowledge.

She could have eventually been our president.
Thank you John McCain from the bottom of my heart for bringing this idiot to the forefront now, before it was too late.
Thank you conservative right for serving her up and forcing her on McCain before she was prepared to fool most of us.
Thank you Sarah Palin from the bottom of my heart for being too stupid to realize how stupid you are and for not saying yes to McCain without blinking.

You both put America first by destroying the Palin political career before it truly got out of hand. For that, I will forever be grateful.
