Just said something about MSNBC and their "Republican bashing"...and Elizabeth said "What do you say to people who think that you are soft on Democrats?" and he said "Hillary Clinton didn't think so..." Elizabeth looks so pissed next to him.

adn then she would know that she will keep the Democrats in check! Elizabeth is such a fucking hypocrite...she glides easily from Bush to Mitt to McCain, excusing everything they do and constantly contradicting herself. And MSNBC is NOT THAT LIBERAL...can we not have two shows?

meaning that he's not objective on his reporting by any stretch of the imagination.

And with them, exposes the hypocrisy of the right.

O'Reilly, on the other hand, distorts and lies any chance he gets.

as some form of expression of being non biased. Everyone has a bias. I always hated seeing Jim Lehrer talk about how he never votes and this knocks KO down a peg in my book.

Yes I know his vote in NY makes no difference but you still gotta vote man.

Craig Crawford doesn't vote either. Crawford said his journalism professors encouraged them not to vote because it might cloud thei objectivity or call into question their credibility.

Many journalists don't vote.

36. I was a journalist for many years, and I have not missed a primary or general since I turned 18.
Saying you don't vote because you're a journalist is total bullshit, IMHO.

When I was a journalist, I couldn't wear a button or campaign for anyone. But I took great pride in going into that voting booth twice a year. Just because someone's a journalist, doesn't mean they're not a CITIZEN, for Chrissakes. And every citizen has a DUTY to vote.

And no one knows who you voted for ... so how is not voting expressing some sort of objectivity.

I love watching KO, but not voting is ridiculous.

40. I don't think I could miss voting either
The Repubs tried to make a big deal about Chris Wallace being a registered Democrat. They claim that this shows that he has no bias. The only reason he is a registered Dem is so he could vote in the primaries for local issues because he is in a heavily Dem. district(this was his reason, not mine).

The woman has serious credentials

she "legitimizes" the show. Without her it is just a collection of .. umm... a former game show contestant, a comedian, and a couple actresses (?)

Who else on that show, or any other talk show, is going to go head to head with Rush? (and most likely win)

a great asset, but all she does is drone on and on and wax poetic and hush everybody or change the subject just when it starts to get interesting. babwa is getting more senile by the day. sherri, well, the lights are on but nobody's home. joy is itching to get some shit started and bitzy looks like she could eat nails.

I think this show could be good for a couple of more blowouts. I'll probably just wait for the you tubes though.

48. I'm a big Rosie fan
Being a talk show host is a hard thing to do well. That's why so many talks shows fail. Rosie was great, especially when it came to moving the show along and transitioning topics. I like Whoopi and she does call Elizabeth on her BS much more than I thought she would. I, however, don't think the show is a great fit for her. I find the show almost unwatchable and should be canceled already.
