Does it seem like the people who migrated to Obama late in the game
have more patience with him than the people who automatically supported him from day one?

1. patience?
Anyone getting their panties in a bunch about Obama before 1/20 should just take some Thorazine. You can't even draw conclusions from his appointments until he actually takes office, because those appointees will not be independent agents, but doing the President's bidding.

Relax, people!

4. I have been supporting him since rumors about his candidacy were first floated
and I have every confidence in him.

6. I supported him since Biden dropped out. Anyone who's whining about
how Obama is "disappointing" them on the basis of exactly one decision made so far--and a decision having absolutely nothing to do with policy, being his chief of staff--is just looking to draw attention to themselves.
