Tiger Woods talks about Obama's election...

Most pro golfers are Republican with a couple exceptions (John Daly, David Duval)...well maybe we can add Tiger Woods to that list of Democrats!

3. Just how happy he was that Obama was elected...
And said he thought his father would have cried when he found out...

4. Loosely transcribed
Tiger Woods:

"I think it is absolutely incredible. He represents America - multiracial. I was hoping it happened in my lifetime. My father was hoping it would have happened in his lifetime but it didn't." He also said that his father would have cried if he had lived to see it.

5. We might not be so quick to embrace Daly. Not exactly a poster child.

and I've always thought he's a Republican. He never says anything about his political beliefs and he didn't say anything in that interview about his beliefs either. He might be an Obama Republican ("Obamacan").

7. Maybe Tiger is...

Whatever keeps the money coming in.

Just because he said something positive about an insanely popular man...popular with A LOT of people who buy Nike stuff. Tiger is a brilliant businessman...His comments are window dressing. They look nice, but window dressing.

It reminded me of Michael Jordan, who IS a Democrat, when asked why he didn't speak out more, he responded that, "Republicans buy tennis shoes too."

Sorry, I could give a rats ass what ANY athlete says...few are that bright to begin with and are only concerned with their back pocket.
