People need to go to jail
I'm so sick and tired of the corrupt bastards in D.C. I am literally pissed at the WaPo article today about how Treasury basically robbed us blind when the snuck threw the revocation of Section 382 of the tax code which basically says you can't buy a shell business simply for the benefit of the losses on its books. They eliminated that little diddy on Sept. 30 while everyone was looking the other way at the other robbery in progress. But THIS ONE this one is the one they really wanted. This is how they will essentially get out of paying ANY taxes at all and MAYBE get a refund from the government. This is the ONE THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR.

Now I'm so angry I can fucking kick Henry Paulson's ass. No wonder he's been looking cheerful.

1. Disaster capitalism strikes again!
Jesus...I assumed our leaders would be on the lookout for something like this during the bailout negotations.

5. It makes me sick to my fucking stomach. I am just sick and tired of this shit!
These cocksuckers were calling Obama a socialist for deigning to even suggest a middle class tax cut for supposedly "people who don't even pay taxes-- 40% of Americans", yet, in the backroom, they figured out a way to get their corporate cronies out of paying any taxes. There were literally banks bought last month for fucking free based on the tax write off they could get from them because of the losses on the books.

This was criminal. I know Treasury overseas the IRS, but it is my understanding that whenever an agency regulates they have to hold public hearings etc. Now, if they just wiped out Section 382 altogether, that would seem like a legislative act, one that only Congress can make. That would be illegal, or at the very least, invalid.

The whole damn thing needs to be checked out. The new AG has some investigating to do. I wouldn't be surprised if Paulson, Bernacke, Wells Fargo's CEO, Wachovia's CEO, Citibank's CEO, and perhaps even the FDIC chair was in on this.

FDIC was shutting down banks left in right to facilitate the buying bonanza orgy of banks with a lot of bad losses from the subprime market on their books.

THIS WHOLE FUCKING THING WAS AN INSIDE JOB.

4. I can only conclude that most of our representatives wanted the banks to get all our money
Reasonable people were hollering from the rooftops that this was a swindle. Ordinary housewives knew what was going on. Yet our people in congress pretended to get stampeded into it, and somehow knew less than we did? No. It doesn't wash. Chuch Schumer is back to acting tough, and a lot of others will, too, but it's all a con. They knew damned good and well what they were doing. This is not to excuse the republicans for the same behavior, but I expect it from them. And now, sadly, I expect it from the democrats, too.

6. They are using the money to Finance Monopolies
The Fucking Bill had holes you could drive a Simi-Tractor Trailer Rig through

They are not making business loans with the money the American Tax Payer gave them. They are using the money to buy up corporations that go bust because they can't get a loan

PEOPLE NEED TO GO TO JAIL
