8. The conservative pundits are trying to emasculate Obama.
Whether or not the U.S. is a center Right country is debatable. What is not debatable is that this time the electorate chose center left. Elections matter.

11. Deed it was. Usually in the context of calling for an upperdownvote on judges.
We shall see how eager they are to uphold that sentiment now that Obama will be appointing the judges.
