w/ people asking, 'who's that?' when I mention a Senator or Representatives name. I think 'has this person been in a cave?' Then I come back to earth & realize I'm not normal, I'm a political junkie.

DFA Training Academy got me to be comfortable w/ 'I'm not normal'. I was sitting in a classroom, on a Saturday & Sunday, learning how to run a political campaign. There were only about 70 of us, not thousands.

Really, it was such a rush of endorphins since we were winning in so many places. Any time there were improved poll numbers, it was an instant lift. I miss them! I'm clinging to the few uncalled races, too, but it's sure not the same.
