Bush: "I am proud to accept the Freedom Award!"
You have GOT to be kidding me!

While speaking at the Intrepid Museum Opening today, Bush has apparently been given the "Freedom Award."

Can't make this stuff up kids...

Bush will tour the historic aircraft carrier late in the morning to see the type of Avenger aircraft his father flew during World War II before being presented with the 2008 Intrepid Freedom Award.

The award recognizes world leaders who embody the ideals of world freedom and democracy.

And lest there be any confusion, i'm talking about George W. Bush, that wire-tapping dude.

11. Bush: "If you think you're right, fight your heart out!"
Yeah, that's why we're in the mess we are now.

How about, "If you think you're right, check the Constitution and make sure."

Only Cheney would be less deserving than this Texas Turd.

This move tarnished the award.

16. Has he forgotten that his Medal of Freedom is given to award incompetence and corruption?
As for this latest "Freedom Award," well, I don't doubt it comes from the same people who want him up on Mt. Rushmore--or who want to give his legacy of fail some cover.
